DTG Prescribing Algorithms for Adolescents & Children (English, French)

These prescribing algorithms are intended to help healthcare workers safely switch children ≥ 3 kg to an appropriate dolutegravir (D TG) formulation. See national guidelines for treatment for those < 3 kg.
